The key personnel of Lametal Oy and Ylä-Savon Pääomarahasto Oy, managed by Canelco Management Oy, have announced that they have signed the acquisition on July 2, 2021.

Lassi Mehtonen, who will continue as Lametal Oy’s CEO and entrepreneur tells that he is very pleased to have the company’s key personnel and a Finnish investor focused on the SME industry continue to develop the company. “I strongly believe that with this change in ownership we can systematically grow the company forward” Lassi Mehtonen says.
Pauli Smolander, who will start as Lametal Oy’s sales director, says that the company’s goal will remain the same – Lametal Oy’s mission is to develop its products to serve the needs of our customers. “Listening to our customers and resellers is a significant source of inspiration for Lametal Oy’s development and we use this inspiration to create even higher quality products for our customers. In addition to established markets we are dynamically looking for new export areas.”
