General information
With the STARK Rotary sweeper, you can clean areas of all sizes effortlessly and cost-effectively both in summer and winter. The rotary sweeper can be used on tractors, tool carriers and wheel loaders.
Thanks to its low structure, the operator has an unobstructed view to the area that is being cleaned, which improves work safety.
STARK RSW -Rotary sweepers have separate turning frame, which keeps the brush roller straight at all turning angles. Specially for STARK designed 1000 mm wide and 340mm high cassette lamellas, with 2 hydraulic motors, vertical (300 mm) and horizontal float (13 °) guarantees a finished brushing result even on uneven work sites.
Cassette lamellas work best on snow, wood chips and sand, especially when there is a lot of material to be brushed.
The large 30° turning angle allows brushing right next to walls, railings, etc. The spring and gas shock absorbers hold the brush roller firmly to the surface to be brushed.
The rotation speed can be adjusted steplessly, and the direction of rotation can be changed with the optional valve.
The hydraulic motors are integrated inside the brush roller for protection against impacts. The couplings with a buffer protects the hydraulic motors of the brush roller in the event of start-up and collisions.
STARK RSW -Rotary sweepers feature bolt-on STARK FIT adapters that can be easily replaced to fit the base machine.
The long life of the STARK attachment is guaranteed by the STARK service.

STARK FIT
The STARK FIT is a tool attachment system that enables quick attachment between different basic machines.
Thanks to carefully designed sizing, the STARK FIT allows the use of more than 50 different adapters on the same implement. This increases the versatility and resale value of the implement.
Due to its rugged dimensions (16 pcs x M 24), it is also suitable for installing the largest implement mounts.
Requirements for hydraulics
Connection with at least two hoses, at least one double-acting hydraulic block, oil flow must be RSW 2500 C : 55-120 l/min, RSW 3000 C, 3500 C: 55-120 l/min.
Standard Equipment
Hydraulic brush swivel by separate turning frame, quick-release brush roll, flow control valve, plastic mudguard, support legs, cassette lamellas, attention label.
Additional/optional equipment
Several valve options, numerous STARK FIT fitting options, various hydraulic quick couplings.
Accessories:
High-pressure dust binding system with hydraulic Dynaset water pump, directional high-pressure nozzle hose, low-pressure watering system with 12 or 24V water pump, directional low-pressure nozzle hose, 2- or 4-hose hydraulics, reverse valve 12 or 24V for brush roller.
