The STARK collecting sweeper is designed for efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning of roads, streets, and yards.
The T-model of the collecting sweeper is designed for smaller base machines such as tool carriers. Its lower structure and 700 mm lamellas provide the operator an unobstructed view of the area that is being cleared.
The low design of the collecting sweeping device provides the operator a better view of the area that is being cleared and increases work safety. Due low construction, there is NO water tank available.
When sweeping, the sweeper moves on support wheels, which ensures a long service life for the lamellas.
The height of the floating main brush is adjustable, and the rotation speed of the brushes can also be steplessly adjusted.
The brush unit features a bottom-opening waste container that is easy and quick to empty onto the truck platform.
The design of the sweeper also allows easy maintenance: changing the lamellas is effortless.
The welded adapter frame allows use on several base machines. Various welded STARK fittings are available.
The side brush increases cleaning width, enabling, for example, efficient cleaning of footpath edges.
The T-model is available in two sizes, with a working width of 1.6 m (KH 1600T) or 2.0 m (KH 2000T), and a waste bin capacity of 390 l or 490 l. The maximum working width with two side brushes is 2.7 m (KH 1600T) and 3.1 m (KH 2000T).
Operating principle of the collecting sweeper:
- The collecting sweeper collects all debris and finishes the brushing result, collecting even finer material.
The long life of the STARK attachment is guaranteed by the STARK service.

Sweeper Float System
Sweeper Float System technology allows the implement to float freely without the implement being controlled by the base machine.
Floating is effected by means of pins, sleeves and floating slots in the implement frame (Figures 1. and 3.). The studs have greasing which improves the rotation of the hardened sleeves and significantly reduces wear. The implement can float freely along the surface in height and lateral direction (Figure 2.).
Sweeper Float System technology also enables longitudinal flotation (Figure 3.).
These features ensure excellent brushing performance.
Requirements for hydraulics
Connection with two hoses, requires one double-acting hydraulic block, oil flow must be 55-120 l/min. The right side brush with hydraulic lift requires one extra double-acting hydraulic block (cylinder hydraulics). The left side brush with hydraulic lift requires one extra double-acting hydraulic block (cylinder hydraulics).
Hydraulically opening bottom hatch, 6/2 solenoid valve 12 or 24V (main brush rotation / bottom hatch opening), rotating support wheels, PIN FLOAT floating frame, quick-release brush roller, brush roller floating, stepless height adjustment of the main brush, 700 mm SUNLINE lamellas, main brush oil flow control valve. Numerous fitting options, various hydraulic quick couplings.
Right side brush with hydraulic lift and flow control valve, left side brush with hydraulic lift and flow control valve, low pressure nozzle hose line (incl. 1x or 2x side brush irrigation), high pressure nozzle hose line (incl. 1x or 2x side brush irrigation), separate wired control unit 12V.
Kunta, VILA, Trima. Other adapters must be checked and designed if nesessary.
