General information
STARK BG grader blades are designed for all seasons use.
They are intended for the removal of packed snow and ice where a normal levelling drag just will not suffice.
The grader blade is also used for scouring the road surface when plowing.
The blade is pressed against the road surface by innovative purpose-built POWER PRESS mechanism. This stepless function guarantees loosening the ice surface to desired depth.
In the summertime the grader blade can be used for levelling rough gravel roads. The ride can be stabilized by mechanically or hydraulically adjusted support wheels, available as option.
If increased loosening is required the grader blade can be equipped with stinger edges (system 3000).
The grader blade is a safe and economical alternative to the underbite and easily attached to the three-point linkage of the tractor.
The long life of the STARK attachment is guaranteed by the STARK service.

Technologies
GRADER PRESS MECHANISM
GRADER PRESS is an innovative grader blade press mechanism that uses the tractor’s weight to press down on the implement.
The press cylinder is connected to the upper pin of the 3P adapter (image 1), enabling the driver to shift tractor weight onto the grader blade with a cylinder press operation. The GRADER PRESS system also includes a hydraulic push arm (image 2) for adjusting blade engagement while driving.
With the help of both grader blade and tractor weight, the implement is suitable for grading roads in the summer and removing packed snow in the winter.
Requirements for hydraulics
Connection with at least five hoses, requires at least two double-acting hydraulic blocks and return line.
Standard Equipment
Perforated blades (500HB), RELAX blade release mechanism, WELDED 3-point fittings cat. 2/3 and hydraulic hoses with standard 1/2 “couplings. Support wheels with separate hydraulic or mechanical adjustment, separate control panel complete with wiring, stinger blades.
