STARK HK 3600 HD Bucket spreader is efficient and versatile gravel spreader for professional use.

STARK HK 3600 HD Bucket spreader is specially made for spreading gravel and rocks (8-32 mm). Due to the sealed structure of the spreading axle, sand spreading can be done too (3-8 mm).
4.3 m3 SAE (3,6 m3 water volume). Strong (315 cm3) hydraulic motor.
Standard accessories includes double pressure relief valve, flow control valve, crusher shaft, spreader bar shields and a lip plate of 500 HB.
Quick, safe and easy to do bearing greasing, chains lubrication and adjustment without opening the protective cover.
The spiral pattern of the spreader shaft and the stepless hydraulic rotation speed control allow accurate gravel spreading thus saving materials.
The robust structure and functionality of the bucket is based on features like stiffener beams, high strength structural steel (10mm), smooth inner surface of the bucket and high-quality welded and finished seams.
The design of the discharge opening allows sealed shaft structure, prevents the shaft from jamming and reduces wear on the sealing rubber.
STARK HK 3600 HD Bucket spreader is designed for operation with wheel loaders with operating weight of 15 tons or more.

PRECISE SPREAD
PRECISE SPREAD is a technology that can be used to spread anti-slip material very smoothly and accurately.
The hydraulic flow regulator can be used to continuously adjust the rotation speed of the sanding roller and crusher shaft (Figure 1.). The crusher shaft breaks the frozen material and moves it toward the scattering opening (Figure 2.).
The small, spiral-welded sanding roller wear pieces (Figure 2.) provide continuous, smoother, more accurate scattering of the material. The compact design, the motor housing and the bearing arrangement ensure the maximum effective width (Figure 3.). There are fewer pavement areas, and sanding is also possible near wall and narrow spaces.
The compact structure of the sanding roller is leak-proof and even allows the application of flake salt.
